When is my receipt available?
Your order and receipt appear in My Vault only after Stripe confirms payment. A pending, canceled or failed payment does not unlock a receipt. Product delivery is separate from payment confirmation; checkout does not generate license keys.
How do I activate a product?
Open the product details for its platform, region, and requirements. Software keys are redeemed in the software's activation screen; Steam keys are redeemed through Steam's “Activate a Product” menu. Demo keys cannot be activated.
Will my key work in my country?
Always check the region shown on the product card and in its details. Products marked Global have no listed region restriction in this sample catalog. Some subscriptions and country-specific software editions have account or region requirements.
How are payments handled?
